CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Yes you may exchange items but only for the correct sizing and purchased style. We will not allow you to substitute an item for another you have not already purchased.
You will also have to create your own shipping label to send products back to us and from their we will do a full inspection of items and email you back with a decision, please refer to our contact us page for our direct email.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS AND GET A REFUND?
At this time their will be NO REFUNDS being allocated to purchaser unless their is a mistake on our end or with our products as in then we will reimburse all funds to you.
HOW DO I KNOW MY CORRECT SIZES FOR CERTAIN ITEMS?
Every item will have a detailed description of product at the top or in the descriptions section of the page please view information carefully.
Our products may come in UK or US sizes. If a product is displayed as a UK size the sizing drop box for that item will specify the US conversion size so you may pick the correct sizing. This only applies to certain items not every item listed so please be sure to carefully read all product descriptions.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Due to high volume shipping the US Post Office may have package delays due to covid-19 please remain patient and make sure you put in your correct shipping information before you place an order with us for smoother shipping process.
Once an item has been accepted and shipped out it is out of our possession and you may need to check your tracking updates or contact the carrier company directly.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Please allow us 3-4 business days to receive and process your payment. If you choose to pay for an earlier delivery method your items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
The Sin Collection is not advised nor held accountable for any delayed, late or missing packages please be sure to choose the best delivery option for you.
